There are endless things that differentiate us. But when we look past the external into the inside of another, we will see that on the deepest level, we have so much in common. Just as our x-rays look identical, so too do our souls, which means that ultimately we are all connected. These little boys are best friends and love each other so much and only see their similarities. This picture was taken by Lydia Rosebush and they are smiling ear to ear because they just got the same haircut so that their teacher wouldn’t be able to tell them apart! They naturally assumed that their sameness permeates their outsides, like it does their insides. This idea isn’t just childish silliness, but is a deep, foundational truth about humanity. These children are seeing the reality that we should all strive to see!
